What was the highlight of Jomtien Longstay Hotel
For the price and excellent location, it is an acceptable option in Jomtien.
The breakfast was adequate: watermelon, Mother's Pride style sliced white bread, blackcurrent jelly, standard fried eggs and sausages. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bath tub could be refurbished to get rid of the rust stains.

Good bed A/C fridge big room
Bathroom facilities were poor Shower gel and Shampoo fine but shower was in the bath the shower itself was very poor wouldn't stay in place had to hold it and which made the water pressure poor and the water went from cold to hot or vise versa very quickly the bath itself had a brown stained floor where probably had bath mat once upon a time a bit of bleach would have got rid. No tea facilities in room had to go down corridor to get hot water for a cup of Coffee/Tea .

Good
Breakfast was served at table and a lot of effort went into presentation. There were as many staff as guests. The reception staff were solicitous and accommodated by request for a change of room.
The aircon is very noisy.

What was the highlight of Jomtien Longstay Hotel
Excellent value in central Jomtien.
Excellent location near everything (beach, shops, markets, restaurants, bars, transport. Very quiet day and night. Very friendly staff (I lost my key card and they replaced it free of charge). Two comfortable armchairs, working desk, good bed, clean throughout. The hotel is undergoing renovation. Some floors are done, others in progress. Should be very nice when it's all done.
The pool is large but it's a mixture of blue and green. Bacteria or old tiling? I wasn't sure, so I didn't try.
